im just exhausted. just emotionally exhausted. im starting to duck my head, affect my sleep, and question everything. idk what i need to do. theres so much to do and no will...no reason idk who to reach out to when im not myself. especially when i dont have the will to reach out. i see a therapist and on meds

      Sounds like you need to give yourself a break! Plan something you enjoy doing-going for a walk, reading a nice book or drinking coffee in your favorite coffee shop. Doing something for yourself is so important in order to have power to do all the other tasks on your to do list. Also what about reaching out to your therapist? Have you told her about your lack of will?

      Hey, you're not alone. There are people going through similar things. Mental health can be a really hard thing to manage, and that ok. It's ok to not be ok. It's not uncommon to feel Down, depressed and hopeless. But there is a solution and a light at the end of the tunnel. Just remember, there are people that truly care about you and want the best for you. Try to adjust your meds, and maybe a different approach to your healing. Some things work for some people and other not so much, but that's the beauty of it.... We're all different and special in our own little ways and there's so much that life had to offer us. I know this might be a hard task, but try and make a gratitude list and read it out loud so the universe can hear you and help you. Try meditation, mindfulness, grounding, go out in nature and absorb the beauty. Do something to get out of your head (that doesn't involve violence, drugs, or pain).
