Other than that, make sure to pee when you need to and whenever you can because "holding it" actually weakens the muscles overtime, and kegels are different because they're an exercise, OR... at least, that is my understanding. What other symptoms do you have? Like where is your pain? Doing exercises to help align your body can help. Also you can try popping your pubic bone. I found out how just using a YouTube video. Let me find it..
