I forget if this topic was already discussed (ha 😅), but does anyone have advice dealing with Fibro fog? I really can't remember the simplest of things, lists never work. Are there any good apps or techniques you guys use for helping to be on top of things?

WaterDo is a paid app but it’s awesome, it’s super cute and let’s you repeat tasks. I have it set to clean up every 3 days, do a particular task at work once a week, and it reminds you to review tasks once per day

Google calendar helps me since I get the notifications and it keeps me on track.

I feel the same way, I've been trying to stick to a routine and have things be set maybe by writing it out ahead of time. Otherwise I like to set reminders on my phone alarm to remind me to do a task or have an appointment etc. Hope this helps 💕
