Losing Everyone I Love

I’m so sorry you’re losing the ones you love 😞😞 I’ve lost many people as well so I know there’s nothing I can say that’ll take your pain away but I’m here to talk if you need it! I can’t promise the pain ever fully goes away but with time it gets easier to manage & live with. People that don’t have our condition don’t know what it’s like for us & how strong we feel things & no one would should make you feel like your attempt is not enough.. we all know how hard it is to get yourself to get help & really work on yourself. This is easier said than done & something I’m currently working on but whatever anyone else thinks shouldn’t matter because they don’t live in you & know what you’re feeling on an every day basis.. I know things are intense & most likely you’re triggered but is there anything I could do to help you?
