    I haven't found anything to work but people have said to try the 5 thing. Find 5 things you can see. 4 things you can smell 3 things you can touch 2 things you can taste 1 thing you can hear. It goes something like that. Maybe it will help you?

    CBT can be helpful for that. During this therapy, I learned how to cope better with my anxiety. I was practicing CBT while taking my medication, so I don't know if it's useful on its own.

    calming teas can help! a fave of mine is ginger tea. it helps relax everything and is very good for you all around. i cut up a couple pieces and put them in a teapot under boiling water. it doesnt have to be very strong to feel its affects. basically tastes like hot water with a hint of ginger. helps with nausea, anxiety, inflammation, etc.

    meditation and breathing exercises help a lot. i suggest trying the inhale through your nose for 6 seconds, hold for 6 seconds, and breathe out for 8 seconds. <3
