I’m not a senior but around your age. Pretty stressed constantly but every day is a blessing! I’ve moved out and I will be honest, you acclimate to your new living situation and I just kept on my journey trying to find diagnoses and treatments. Try to find time for yourself in something that relaxes you but also make sure to make time with friends to grow a support system. It helps a lot.
