This is my first post. I've been struggling with losing weight. I had a baby 1 year ago and gained like 50 pounds. Then 3 months after my baby came, I had my gallbladder removed. Then a few months later, I had two different lumps found (both turned out to be normal), So I was stress eating big time. Now I got diagnosed with a fatty liver and NEED to lose weight. Any tips on stress eating and losing weight, also, getting motivated to work out would be fantastic! even motivational things in general. I just feel like I can't do it š„ŗ
Hello, Try to hang in there. I had a baby 2 years old and It has been a struggle for me as well. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes so I understand how you feel with one thing after another happening. I would just take it one day at a time. Start off small a 30 minute walk, changing your eating habits little by little.
