Mood stabilizers helped me, tricyclic antidepressants & antidepressants which I'm currently not on by choice with approval from my psychiatrist, psychotherapist & social worker

So- SSRIs (Prozac, Zoloft, most mainstream antidepressants) interact TERRIBLY with BPD. I'm currently on an SSNRI that works wonders!!! They aren't typically prescribed as default medications because they have a shorter shelf life than SSRIs, but they've saved my life

I'm on abilify for mood stability and it helps me a lot! I'd also try the BPD Workbook, it helps a lot!
