Yeah this happend to me few years back I would wake up literally first breathe gasping for air turned out I had pneumonia 💔😕

Ice cold water can help you breathe. Also they sell inhalers without a prescription at Walgreens.

I have to take Benadryl at night to sleep through the night I forgot to take my last night and I feel like poop
