Im also a big fan of Gaming as a stress relief. Find what you love to do. Nature walks, working out, talking with friends, gaming, drawing, etc. Its okay to feel down sometimes, were only human! We just have to play the hand were dealt.

Whenever I feel down, I try my best to step back and do something I enjoy. I like gaming a lot, so when life has me down, I'll just game a bit and snack some. My advice is to step away and do something for you. Focus on yourself and make yourself feel better.

I remind myself that even when I feel down, tomorrow is a new day and things will be different. I try to concentrate on the things I like with the people I like.
