For those who take Wellbutrin, what is your overall experience with it? So far, it has been helping me, I'm just curious what people think about.

      @Debb I take 100mg sustainable release. I started out on 150mg ER but it was making me more anxious. So my Dr dropped me down to 100mg SR and it's worked great! I have no complaints with this med. It has tremendously helped me. Gives me clarity, opened up my mind and I am more motivated to do things. Goal oriented. Haven't been depressed since I got on it. I just feel like a new person mentally!

      I take a magical cocktail of meds which includes Welbutrin & Prozac which are a great mix for me. They are both activating antidepressants which help (me) with energy and focus and my depression is manageable. I've been on Wellbutrin for about 7+ years and I haven't had any noticeable side effects.

      It has been a game changer for me. Totally gives me motivation, I have goals now. I haven't been depressed since having it added to my other meds. It has opened up my mind and helped me to be able to work on my BPD as well! It's a magic pills for me!

      I am 4 days away from being on 150 XL for one month. I still feel off and my blood pressure seems to be rising.

      I take it with Cymbalta and it helps a bit more than the Cymbalta alone did

      I have been on Wellbutrin for at least 15 years and it's worked well for me. I had to try many meds, include combos, and once i started it, it was almost miraculous! I don't have any side effects that I'm a aware of!

          @Believeinyoself it took about two weeks for me. I take Cymbalta also, and it works well for me.

      I've been on wellbutrin for over 20 yrs now and it's been very helpful for me as far as depression is concerned without any side effects interfering. I have also started taking naltrexone with it because together they cause appetite suppression without a stimulant and I've lost over 40 lbs. Kinda love wellbutrin.😁

      Thanks for your input! I was on Lexapro before as well but a genetic test revealed that it (along with several other meds) doesn't work with my genetics. Weight gain is a concern of mine too so good to know I'm on a good med for that 😊

      For me it doesnt help much by itself, but i take a mix of welbutrin and zoloft! They boost eachother and i do a lot better when im on them.

      Look out for increased irritability and anger, happens to me and I've heard it's a common one
