I’m really struggling to find balance in how to move forward after a traumatic experience. Sometimes it feels like I can’t trust anything I think or feel. My OCD is really running rampantly too, anyone have any coping strategies they like for obsessive thoughts and magical thinking?

Meditation, guided meditation is best. I thought my therapist was crazy if she thought I could sit through a hour of meditation lol. But it has really actually helped me. I can't even fall asleep without it now. They have all kinds in YouTube. I even have my husband listening to it with me now. 🤗
