Is being left on read a massive trigger for anyone else? Especially if it’s more than one text.. I want to cry and I feel like I’ve done something wrong and I overthink what it could be that they ignore me for. I know it’s stupid but I can’t help worrying or getting triggered over no reply :(

I worry about that, too. My best friend had a tendency to do that when we were in high school and it always stressed me out.

I feel you on this. Like I feel like I’ve inconvenienced them in some way with my presence

It's normal to dislike being left out of the loop of someone's head, I have the same thing. Just remember to tell people to communicate even if they just say they want to be left alone for a bit. I find myself worrying that they won't come back if I'm left on read and telling people to just let me know when they want some alone time really helps :)
