Has anyone experienced heart rate fluctuating from low to rlly high in seconds? Mine went 80s to 140 in seconds and has been doing so the past week I went to the hospital but idk what’s wrong it’s never happened before and I feel terrible. It’s less extreme now but is still fluctuating

This happens to me pretty frequently. @ariasaurus the dizziness may be due to your blood pressure dropping, this sometimes happens to me. Compression socks, elevating legs, contracting leg muscles, and increasing salt intake (I use electrolyte tablets) helps!

Does this sometimes make you really dizzy or faint? It’s something I’ve been experiencing and my doctors always just shrugs 😪
I’ve had that. I track my heart rate regularly to make sure I’m not overdoing myself and have randomly caught my heart rate staying in the 160s+ for more than 10 minutes when it should be around 90-110. I’m not sure why it does that. I did a heart monitor but it rarely happens and I highly doubt it happened when they did the monitor. I used to have a congenital electrical heart problem which caused SVTs so I just blame it on residual that (even though it should be “cured”)
Yes I tell it when I’m sick
@BreadLoaf same! Most of the time my boyfriend’s HR is half of mine, and originally he freaked out a little. We just laugh about it now 😂
Right?? It’s so confusing sometimes 😂
I’m right there with you. My BPM is ALLLL over the place. The only thing that’s actually helped has been rest and elevating my legs, although it’s only a bandaid on the real problem. I guess we’re gonna figure this one out together 😅
