Don’t know who talk with but I’m in such a panic about my job. I don’t know which direction to go towards and I’m trying to fight through those negative talks that tell me I can’t do it. I’ve been making good progress with my therapist but could use extra emotional support.

It is going to be okay. Remember one day at a time and when that is too much then just one hour at a time. I struggle too and you are never alone. I like to remind myself of 2 things 1. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me (he can strengthen you too) 2. Not all storms last forever. YOU GOT THIS!!!

Repeat-I can and will succeed at this. Remember the negative thoughts are all wrong. It is a thought you can control.

@Ashley84 thank you. I’ve been journaling a lot and telling myself that everything will be fine and it’ll all work out. I just feel myself panicking and thinking I need to do everything all at once but I try to myself to take it one step at a time….oh you know, easier said than done
