      I feel that way on and off. Everyone has inherent value and something theyā€™re naturally good at. No one is truly trash. Itā€™s just that they perceive themselves as trash because guilt/shame associated with maladaptive thinking patterns that can be hard to break. Look up cognitive diffusion. Are you taking meds and/or talk to a therapist?

      Yeah I feel that. I canā€™t mentally decide whether I want to be at work or at home. When Iā€™m at work I wanna go home but then once Iā€™m home I hate it here.
