Struggling with Night Terrors

Hey! I completely relate to this. My psychiatrist just prescribed me clonidine (a blood pressure medication) specifically for this and let me tell you…it most definitely has helped. I’d never heard of using a blood pressure medication for ptsd related nightmares before he told me. Maybe it could help you? Sending love💕

I absolutely feel this. if you haven't already, you could try listening to music while you sleep, that's what I do when I'm going through that. I hope you get some good rest soon, friend <3
