I've had really bad bloating to where my back hurt, I took gas X, the cherry flavored tablets and it helped a ton. So if your looking for a quick fix you could try that. Also mushrooms and bananas make me feel bloated after like one bite, I think its a food Allergy. So you should also reevaluate when it starts, because mine would be immediately after eating a bit of one of those. I'd feel unusually full.
