I am 290 lbs. I hit 300 earlier this year. I can get down to 288 but can't seem to drop lower. I've done everything. staying with in 1200-1400 cals. working out. walking. idk what else to do. any advice?

      @Lemonade40 I've tried intermittent fasting. It worked for a while and I lost 10 pounds but kinda tapered off.

      I know it's hard. I tried doing the calorie range in a 4-6 hr window and fast the rest of the day. Drink plenty of water. Intermediate fasting has a lot of benefits.

      If you are sticking to 1200-1400 calorie diet , than you should be losing weight. I am the same way but I would stick to it a few days than cheat for other days so I was just regaining what I lost for the week. Basically maintaining.
