Any suggestions for what to use for psoriasis on your face? my skin goes so dry with the psoriasis on my face it really gets me down (which I know isn't helping it) 😞

I try Dead Sea soap and follow it with Johnson Oil, even other oils can help coconut oil etc Vaseline something to give moisture. If it’s severe look into dovobet with the doctor

Hi Dimple. Have you thought of using a simple emollient before bed? I try to lather it on so my skin can absorb as much as possible. If I am having a day off from make up I try to use a small amount to moisturise my face during the day xx
