My Experience with Hypnosis Therapy

@yuile today was my first visit. And today we focused more on letting go of certain emotions like anger and grief which are very big for me. I can tell you everything that happened to visualize myself picking up those problems a little at a time there's emotions and letting them go when I woke up I did feel lighter like the pressure head come up off my knees and off my lower back almost like those emotions were weighing me down
