my resting bpm laying down is 52-54, when standing its 98-111 even after ten minutes. I messaged my doctor about this and how adderall reduces my standing heart rate. i suggested maybe doing a tilt table test for pots and he blew me off. Am I being ridiculous?
Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS)
No it's never ridiculous to advocate for yourself and yes you do have to push for the tilt table because that's the only test that proved I had POTS. Every other test came back "normal". If he wont do it find another cardiologist and get the answers you need 💙
