my resting bpm laying down is 52-54, when standing its 98-111 even after ten minutes. I messaged my doctor about this and how adderall reduces my standing heart rate. i suggested maybe doing a tilt table test for pots and he blew me off. Am I being ridiculous?
No it's never ridiculous to advocate for yourself and yes you do have to push for the tilt table because that's the only test that proved I had POTS. Every other test came back "normal". If he wont do it find another cardiologist and get the answers you need š
