Heartbreaking news about my beloved cat's health

tw sick pet today I brought my beautiful cat Gracie in to the vets to get her blood pressure checked. we had a scare with her a few weeks ago and she couldn't move her back legs. it was very disturbing. she got better, we changed her to a prescription diet and had her drink lots of water. today the vet found a massive mass on her kidney. she has a fast moving cancer and there's nothing we can do other than make sure she's comfortable and happy. luckily she's not in pain, the doctor said. my heart is absolutely ripped open. she's an old girl, but that doesn't make it any easier. I hope she knows how much I love her. sigh.
