Struggling with Trauma and Therapy

I need to rant. if any of this happen to you please let me know... any tips would be appreciated. I'm finally feeling physically better, but I have severe depression, social anxiety, and PTSD. I have a lot of trauma and I feel with my 30 minute therapy nothing is getting fixed. (I have a therapist who is good at day to day minor problems..I have serious trauma, social and depression issues.) she suggested the NORD center which a state run therapy system. however I tried them years ago and they had me going in circles and hating myself so bad I didn't want to get out of bed .I also had sleep apnea and anemia so I could not focus or think straight..they pushed me on hormonal birth control and paxil which caused nightmares or extreme anger mood swings. I'm better medically now, off hormones, off paxil, more focused, but still dealing with all of emotional problems. I decided to try NORD again, but I can't get through the system. grrr has this happened to anyone else? on another note: I got told by a female pastor that I was going to Hell for the pentagram necklace my boyfriend gave me for protection. I was raised you don't convince others to come to the church through fear..I'm still very shocked and it does not help my social anxiety at all.
