I haven't been eating hardly anything lately. at first I boiled it down to just forgetting or not having any time, but now I can't even look at myself in pictures. I've always had trouble with mirrors and with how my body looks. but I've never done anything, I didn't think. But I saw some pictures of me that my friend took the other day and I couldn't even look at myself. that's what other people see when they look at me?? I look like a fucking monster and I hate it. I still don't think I've done anything related to an ed or anything like that, but I think I have body dysmorphia. My boyfriend is worried, my best friend is worried and I feel like I'm finally also getting worried.

I also catch myself seeing someone completely different in the mirror than who lives in my own thoughts. Please try to remember that your boyfriend & friends only see what is in the mirror, and they are still your boyfriend & friends. I mean, unless they have mind reading powers they have no idea what you've envisioned in your own mind. So stop bullying YOURSELF more than anyone outside of your own mind.

I too suffer from body dysphoria, but I keep it to myself and hide it (almost too well). My mom and boyfriend are really the only ones who know how self conscious I am but their constant support has helped a lot. Just remember that the people who love you for YOU, no matter what shape you're in. Hope you feel better soon. šŸ«‚

I go through that junk too. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy.
