      Time release pill it takes 2.5 months to 4 months to start working you have to make the changes happen in your life choices no to be bipolar and be equal to everyone else by there alot of good in bipolar and it's not that bad but pill work there helping more then to can notice you have to pay attention to your mood swings and stop your outbreaks and improve over time love yourself and don't give up your mind is more open then others and there no sense in be ashamed just find the good in your life and stay happy everyday you can and fuck everything else it just small things and Small people your big then them but you can just relax and take it easy and enjoy your life and life will enjoy having you.

      Actually, on this side of the country, I have to be referred, before I can check in to a hospital. Ive been on and off meds my entire life. They dont help.

      There are 24 hour metal heath hospitals that you can check into. Medicine and info and self control with the medicine your better days awaits so keep on trying never mind the cost just find help its get better.
