I've been sleeping horribly lately. I can't fall asleep until it is after midnight (unless I'm so exhausted I physically can't stay awake any longer which doesn't happen to often) and then I can't sleep past 6 to 6:30am. There is so at least 1 time that I wake up throughout that period of time. I've tried melatonin and benadryl (separately and by doctor advisement) they helped me sleep however I was extremely groggy in the morning, like almost too groggy tk function. does anyone have any suggestions?
