I'm not in a good headspace right now. Nothing drastic just feeling trapped. Can't go out during the winter because it's too cold for me to breath and now the heat is making it difficult as well. I was on such a roll with walking every night and now it's just blah. Trying to keep myself from eating too many carbs but let's face it carbs are friendly, delicious little morsels of joy
