Living with Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity

I'm sorry. I think many fad diets and lack of empathy of others has led to this for many. You're not alone. My own father after years thinks I'm "on keto" despite being terribly ill frequently as a gluten allergic and GI issues adult with 2 children with the same conditions. There will be people who don't understand, but you'll meet more people than you think who understand deeply and can guide you. I meet others with similar stories in some of the most random places. The more open you talk about your struggles you'll find others who relate and don't brush you off! I'm sorry you're going through that.

Just found out too, and yeah, it might not be life threatening, but it’s extremely painful!
