Need Help with Pain Relief

I started taking cbd supplements about a year ago. I take a cbd and turmeric capsule before bed. Helps with sleep and inflammation. I also take a cbd tincture with mint every morning...one dropper full. I buy from Prosper Wellness. I was on several pain meds for osteoarthritis and after effects of a complete spinal surgery. I rarely have to take any pain meds now!

I have found relief with the carnivore diet. Try it for a few days. It's really good for stomach issues as well. Lots of info on youtube.

I know it's not for everyone but I have found medical marijuana to be helpful. The alternative is oxycodone, which was more helpful, but not something I want if I can avoid.
