what's the best way to deal with grief. So about almost 3 years ago I lost my best friend. I'm not really going to go into to much detail but it was really hard on me. it's starting to come up to the point of the 3 year mark without him. I find myself getting depressed randomly not wanted to talk to anybody. my boyfriend is a really good support system. But I feel like he's all I have as a lot of my other friends aren't really on. But now that my boyfriend can't be on a lot I don't know what I'm going to do. it's really hard coping by myself. Any advice?

I too had lost a good friend of mine a few years ago, we were pretty close. I think the best way to cope is to let the emotions flow over you and let them sink into you. You lost someone. Someone who you cherished. Someone who you loved. The best way in my opinion is to let that love remain. To grieve for them, to cry for them, and to remember them. ❤️
