The only way I've been able to get over it recently is to get someone in the room while I'm starting a task 😔 not super convenient. Would love advice as well.

I do! Try rewarding yourself for completing tasks. "If I do task A, I can have something sweet." If thay doesn't work, I just recently found a really helpful app. It's called finch, and it helps me with getting myself to do my day to day tasks.
