Anyone else feel their anxiety ramping up these days? I think I need to start an anxiety specific medication but need to find a new psychiatrist. šŸ„ŗ

      My doc put me on an ā€œas neededā€ med for this exact situation; klonopin has helped me sooo much and honestly Iā€™ve been able to not need as much from first starting since I can actually clear the cortisol causing anxiety lol best wishes to you šŸ™

        @danipsych I want one but I am also nervous. Do you feel like it affect your bipolar at all?

      I highly highly recommend propranolol if it doesn't interact with your bipolar meds. I've been on it since before my bipolar diagnosis as an as-needed and it helps immensely with anxiety, panic attacks, and Mania sometimes!! It lowers your heart rate :)
