      I don’t always follow this but adding Himalayan Salt to drinks or meals is great for you. You can also put the Himalayan Salt in a bottle of water and use the water in drinks (1 Tablespoon) to help promote regular bowels and good gut digestion.

      Propel !!!! lemon is my favorite! also I salt literally everything- with Celiac's on top of POTS, it's a challenge to get all my sodium in 🙏🏻
