I’d talk to your OB. With PCOS your body isn’t ovulating. There really isn’t supplements to make you ovulate. There is medication to simulate your ovaries to drop an egg. It has to be prescribed tho. I have heard that mucinex works of label to help people get pregnant but idk how true that is. If you are trying tho it’s good to start a prenatal
