What can I do to treat myself as quickly as possible? I feel helpless so I've just been distracting myself by playing some Pokémon Brilliant Diamond, but I'm afraid I'm going to have this pain for a week. Are there exercises I should try or food I should eat? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Try hot showers and heat to loosen your muscles. Some people also do ice, which you could probably try, but I don't generally do that. I'm sure there are some stretch videos on YouTube and other places. Usually when I have really bad back/neck pain, I go to get an adjustment from a chiropractor. You could also try a massage.
