Struggling with Depression and Sadness

My depression is absolutely horrible. The cliches are true though. This too shall pass. Thoughts aren’t facts and they aren’t permanent. Just do what you can. If you can’t do anything, you can’t, and that’s ok. I know how horrible depression is and not much ever really helped me in the moment. Sometimes it just sucks. I’m really sorry you’re dealing with this but it will not last forever. Get help how you can and really, just hold on.
