Non-Medication Pain Relief Techniques

The tanning doesn't help the pain tho just the rashes.

Epsom salt baths, which I know they say no hot water. But is only way I ever got relief from the rashes except for tanning beds.

I have found that marijuana can take the edge off but the more I move or light exercise I do the less pain I have if I'm unable to move for a few days the slightest movement is almost unbearable but I force myself to move and for the most part I can get back on track

I haven’t found much. I use Medic Moist or those cool gels on my hands and wrists. Helps a little.

Hi, New here! I take turmeric for inflammation and really watch what I eat and drink. I try and follow an anti inflammatory diet. Not always, bc I love sugar and a drink every once in awhile. But it does help, Hope this helps?

I would say weed but idk if you do it or not. It helps. Baths as well. A brace for your hand. I’ve been on enbral and it’s kept it at bay thank god cause it hurts and my hand is sensitive.

I take warm/hot baths. I know hot water is bad for the psoriasis, but it really helps my psoriatic arthritis pain. Go figure.
