I'm currently having one of the "Everybody hates you" intrusive thoughts while I'm just trying to get through my day. Does this happen to anyone else and has anyone figured out a way that can help? No matter what I try they keep comin back.

yes it happens to me too.. and I haven't figured out a way yet but you're not alone.
I think just acknowledging what you feel, and telling yourself it's just a feeling that will pass, is the first step. Unfortunately for me, those thoughts always come back, but I'm trying to figure out if there is a trigger to them or not.
