Yes hang in there and know there will be a day that you don’t feel like your drowning. Anything specifically the hardest thing you could put your focus on improving? Like struggling with laundry, let everything else slide a little and get one load of laundry folded and put away for 1 week. Or feeling like you need exercise, let everything else slide and get to yoga/gym/out for a walk for a few days this week. Pick one healthy action then give yourself some slack everywhere else. So that your not slumping into hopelessness but still not expecting yourself to do it all right now 😘
