one thing that helps me is talking to people important to me and that can cheer me up! if you don’t want to talk to anyone that’s okay though! another thing that helps me is watching comfort shows, youtubers, or listening to music to make me feel better! everything will be okay i promise, just take a deep breath and try to relax! i’m here if you need anything! <3
