Struggling with PMDD: Am I Alone?

It's like a switch like I'm fine and then bam I'm a different person .my bf says that it feels like we always start new every month ! So true like our cycles are just us changing so much!

Us women go through some stuff! Affects our insides ovaries and such and our mental health! Makes us freaking warriors!

Yea it almost makes me want to go to inpatient care! I always try to break up with my boyfriend on those days

Omg yess like I be crying so much before and after and during it’s not even funny feel like I go a little more crazy each day during those times

Yes! It just feels like suddenly my life as I know it is over and I have no idea how to fix it. Too many emotions

God yeah, especially when I didn’t know I had it. It was so frustrating to feel so many overwhelming emotions with nothing helping and no reason to feel that way

That’s definitely how it’s felt for me. The right medications were literally a life saver but even with them I feel like I’m losing it sometimes
