Big Emotional Outbursts: Normal or Not?

I have big outbursts because I can't always understand or regulate my emotions so it builds until I'm so stressed it forces itself out

have you and your docs tried mood stabilizers? I can only talk from my own experiences, my psych med doc (I can never remember the actually names for medication or therapy lol) put me on two different mood stabilizers and mixed with therapy my outbursts and mood swings have gone way down. If you have tried them and they didn't work for you then ignore this, but if you haven't I would totally talk about this with docs to see if it would be right for you (they may not be right for you and that's ok).

I have big outburst as well but it's usually after being wore down emotionally, like they only happen after too much buildup of depression stress and anxiety. Which, unfortunately for me, has been more common these days.

I have happy spurts and crying spells. Sleep issues as well as mood swings. I'm on Zoloft for it.
