Considering Stimulant Medication: Adderall and Such

I am taking an Adderall-like stimulant, and I find that the closer I get to a therapeutic dose, the easier it is to use the coping skills I’m learning in therapy. Without meds, I’ve coped by anxiously planning and using lists and alarms. It was hard to keep up with when my brain wanted to focus on a million other things. But now, I’m able to use those tools without the background anxiety, and I can take the time to sit and plan before jumping into things.

If u take stimulant what kind of lifestyle change

I did much better on non stimulant medication. Straterra has been way more effective for me, and didn't require any lifestyle changes for me
