Elevator Anxiety: How Do You Cope?

Ok take a pad of paper and pen and on the elevator THINK THIS oh good now I can do my Christmas list OR oh good I can write down my friends names or ANYTHING to change your thought pattern when it jerks sayOH GOOD ONLY ONE MORE FLOOR Or whatever. It works

I used to be totally fine with them, but in the past year I have become uncomfortable with them. I've become uncomfortable with a lot of things recently.... yay anxiety?
