I had radio frequency ablation on the left side of my lower back (L3/L4, L4/L5, L5/S1) a week ago. I’m in soooo much pain. It feels like I’m being stabbed, sore, and being stung by wasps all at the same time. Pain meds don’t touch it. Has anyone else has this done to help with lower back pain?

@blacklabmom does the backbrace help? I cant walk sit or stand very long so I'm always adjusting.

I had my C3-C6 done, bilaterally, and it SUCKED for a week or so (I'm glad he did them one side at a time). It was a lifesaver for me!

Please let me know if you find something! I’m supposed to be having this exact thing done bilaterally soon. I’ve had my pudendal nerve ablated and they told me that it’ll get much worse before it gets better (and it did). I’m very sorry you’re in so much pain, and I hope it eases up soon! 🥺♥️
