Struggling with Sound Sensitivity

yesssss for me it’s loud noises i don’t just something about them doesn’t agree with me - idk if any one else gets this too but i also am kinda of sensitive to light

I have misophonia about people eating

Just like @keroppii said, sensory sensitivity is very common in neruodivergent conditions, especially ASD and ADHD! I have visual sensitivity (sensitive to bright lights/lights of certain colors, visual activity) and auditory sensitivity like you. The sounds I can't stand are of dishes against each other/silverware against dishes, people eating, and crowd noises

Hyper and hypo sensory is common with adhd! I get visual and audio overload sometimes but I’m also looking into ASD diagnosis
