CBD and Anxiety Medication: Experiences?

I felt like I could finally breathe and not have so much tension. I get CBD gummies. They are wonderful.

I have. But my experience was bery different from others. I got physically sick on CBD with buspar. I'm not sure if it was the medicine with the CBD or if I was allergic or what. However, a lot of people do say it helps, so I say it's worth trying!

I do so regularly! I find that it really works alongside my anxiety medication in the evening, specifically, when my own anxiety gets worse. It feels like it slows my head down a little.
