How do I accept the fact that we are all going to die and I can’t do anything about it? Although I know this I still worry about it all the time and can’t stop crying when knowing there is no afterlife after this.

When it comes to others, it's definitly a struggle to think about losing someone and what comes with that. When it comes to ourselves though, it's hard to come to terms with the idea of nothingness. I think as we get older we get more into a place to accept that nothingness after our life is coming to a more natural close. I think at the stage of life we are in (we're around the same age i think from your profile) it's okay to not understand it and even be afraid. If the anxiety of it does get too much though, it can be good to speak to a professional about it or try some coping mechanisms to lessen the fear. If you like i can send a link to a coping mechanism i like called TIPP or you can look it up yourself. It helps me to try some of the stratigies to calm me down when i'm feeling anxious. I hope any of this helps and that you will be okay ❤️

I get that, it scares me too. I think the best thing you can do is live in the present, just enjoy what you have and how you can spend time with the ones you love. make the most out of your life and others😊

You just don't, at least not at your age I accepted death too earlier myself, it will make you dead and cold inside, you don't need to worry about accepting death until you're way older.
