Has anyone tried CBD oil or gummies without THC as an anti-anxiety solution? Has it worked for you? Where do you recommend buying it?

I think it depends on what your anxiety is caused by. For most anxiety sufferers who struggle with coping through daily issues and stress I think CBD is a great addition. But when it comes to more serious cases where anxiety is rooted in disorders, and dysfunctions in the brain it’s not as effective. I know for me it doesn’t ground me immediately like other stimuli or exercises and doesn’t hold down my panic attacks the way that prescription medication does. Always worth a try

CBD has been a game changer for my anxiety. I survive off of coffee which obviously makes my anxiety worse but pairing it with CBD makes me feel great. I feel noticeably calm and level headed when I take it. I buy from Sugar&Kush, their products are high quality and contain absolutely no THC so you’ll be able to pass a drug test if needed. Keep in mind it takes some time to find a dose that works well for you. I get the gummies and I’ve found that half of one works great for my size and anxiety while a relative needs 2 to feel anything.

I've tried them and while it did help quite a bit. It's something that requires quite a lot of research because it's not regulated by the FDA. A word of caution though, don't believe the "cure-all" strains and it doesn't always work for everyone. Though I'd recommend starting with a strain called Charlotte's web, as it has a very good track record.

I’m in the same boat as Aisy. It helps with my pain and physical discomfort but not my anxiety

CBD only helps for me if I'm anxious over pain or illness, as it helps with my naseua and muscle pain. It has never worked for my anxiety as well as I'd want it to. It helps somewhat if I just have normal daily anxiety but for anything more serious it doesn't help at all.

I have tried cannabis oil several times. It only made my anxiety worse. I felt my pulse rising, I sweat like crazy, and I went into a stronger anxiety attack than I'm used to. However, I have a lot of friends who use cannabis oil and it really helps :)

I should also mention my partner (ADHD, not diagnosed with anxiety) says CBD helps him focus and he enjoys taking it while working/studying. So it really depends on the person in the end.

I tried CBD gummies from a smoke shop while I was working a brain numbing job (telemarketing) that was awful for my anxiety and ADHD. They made me feel kind of numb and sleepy but somehow more anxious in a different way. I felt like I was struggling to interact with people over the phone properly (even though I was saying the same things). When I took them at home to relax, they were a good sensation but while working they were not a good match for me.

Hi! I tried CBD oil that i bought from Amazon. I think it helped me mainly to relax and fall asleep faster but didn't improve my anxiety during the day..

I’ve tried calm CBD gummies and I think I definitely felt calmer, but it didn’t effect my anxiety
